If a product arrives damaged or unusable, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Unboxing or damage video evidence

  • Packaging and shipping label images

If approved, we will offer either:

  • Replacement shipment, or

  • Refund of product value only

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
