HOME APPLICATION
- Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser for relaxation.
- Muscle Relief: Dilute 5 drops in 2 tbsp carrier oil; massage into sore areas.
- Steam Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to hot water; inhale for 5-10 minutes.
- Natural Cleaner: Mix 10 drops with 1 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar in a spray bottle.
- Skin Care: Apply 1 drop diluted in 1 tsp carrier oil to blemishes (patch test first).
- Bath Soak: Mix 5 drops with 1 cup Epsom salt; add to bathwater.
- Hair Care: Add 2-3 drops to shampoo or conditioner for scalp health.
